Brad was the technician that diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator. He did an EXCELLENT JOB! He did a detailed and thorough troubleshooting and diagnosis. He pinpointed the the issue on the first visit and installed the parts needed on the 2nd visit. Prior to Brad, another... appliance repair company could not solve the issue.
