Use the  Book Now  option on your website or simply call us at (800) 300-2024  to book an appliance repair appointment. All your questions and a day and time will be offered what works for you best as per your availability.
Service call fee is the amount of $$ we charge to travel to your place and diagnose the fault of the broke appliance in your house or business place. We may perform the diagnostics remotely and provide you with a quote on the repair. In that case the service call will be due as well.
Our service call fee is $75 and if you approve the quote we provide with, this amount will be credited towards the total cost of repair if paid in advance.
We reserve you a guaranteed spot for you when you book an appointment with us. We do not offer that time slot to someone else. If you cancel later than 12 hours before the appointment time, we may not be able fill that; therefore, late cancellation fee is due which is equivalent of a service call fee.
Rescheduling is free but we need early notice of 12 hours.
We will charge a service call fee if your technician is not able to diagnose the issue with your appliance. It is rare and in 99% of cases, we will be able to diagnose the faut with your appliance and provide you with an estimated cost of repair.
No, we do not. You must have a pre-approval from your warranty company, or they must contact us provide the work order to book a service.
We do have most of the parts but not all. We may end up needing a part to fix your appliance that we do not have currently in stock. We will either get it for you locally or order it online from a reliable source. It usually gets one to 3 business days to setup the follow visit and finish the repair or your appliance.

No, we do not. If you just need a part, and do not need a service technician to have your appliance fixed, then please search appliance part suppliers in your area and contact them directly.
We accept, credit card, check, and cash. I receipt will be issued upon your request or automatically. If you have not received one, call us at (800) 300-2024

Yes, we are licensed, insured and experienced to work on your appliance. We will either fix it for you or not charge you a penny. Terms and condition apply.
