There is three ways you can book service with May Master Appliance Services. Use the “Book Now” option on your website, chat with a team member, or simply call us at +1 (888) 414-5950 to be assist with booking a service. All your questions will be answered, should you have any, before you actual booking takes place.

It depends on the problem. If you’re facing a common problem that requires common part, our technician will be able to fix it on spot. However, in some cases, like when your refrigerator requires freon, we will need a second visit. Sometimes we need to order the part, if it is something not common, like a control board. Technician can’t carry all the parts for all kind of appliances, that’s why sometimes they will need a second visit.

You may purchase the item yourself or ask your assigned professional to purchase the item to your behalf. Any other materials more specific to the task (fixtures, parts, etc.) will need to be arranged with the professional. Technician orders the item on your behalf: Your professional will add the expense in your final invoice and attach relevant receipts. Pro has the part onhand — Our technicians are expected to carry common parts and basic materials. In this case, the problem could be fixed right away and won’t require a second visit. Parts needs to be ordered — In most cases, however, your technician will need to order the part or get them from our part manager. This could take from several hours to several days. If we order the part, it usually take 7-10 days to get it delivered. When the part arrives, you’ll need to schedule a follow-up appointment with your technician to complete the repair. Because parts can get pricey, we charge it independently from your invoice. You’ll be first charged for the parts, and pay the remainder only after the job is complete. Of course, the service call fee is waived when you proceed with the repair. You purchase the item yourself If you choose to purchase the item yourself, all you need to do is schedule a follow-up appointment when your part is delivered. You can schedule the second visit online or call (408) 641-1364. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after the part arrives, you will be charged for the service call fee.
